Processing takes 1-2 days. NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING. Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be changed.
Shipping varies based on shipment method selected. Please be advised SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED. Orders are ONLY shipped out on Business Days. Business days means Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm and DOES NOT include Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or Public Holidays, nor is it included in the processing window.
Shipment times are ESTIMATES AND APPROXIMATES ONLY. We will do our best to get all orders out as scheduled, however unprecedented delays may occur. If such delays may occur, we will notify you immediately.
Feeling Juicy is not liable for any materials damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any order disputes regarding lost or stolen packages WILL be backed with proof of purchase, as well as Feeling Juicy policies.
